4. Scope of application

1, large equipment and precision equipment anchor bolt perfusion, and steel structure (rail, steel frame, steel column, etc.) and the foundation fixed connection of the secondary grouting.

5. Use method and dosage

1, substrate treatment: the substrate surface of the pine, grease, paint, sealing film and other pollutants must be removed clean, smooth surface should be chisel hair, fully wet the interface with water, but before the construction must not leave open water.

2. Support the formwork and seal the formwork connection with cement (sand) paste and plastic tape to ensure no water leakage and slurry leakage.

3, mixing ingredients: mechanical mixing or manual mixing can be used. It is recommended to use mechanical mixing. When mixing, water should be added to the grout according to the required ratio (13 kg of water per 100 kg of grout, please refer to the factory report for the specific amount of water), and stir while adding until evenly stirred. Mechanical stirring 2 ~ 3min, manual stirring time is not less than 5min, otherwise it can not reach the required flow.

4. Construction method: The stirred grout material is injected into the template that has been set, and the evenly stirred grout material is injected into the grout part from one direction. If necessary, the flow can be guided by bamboo or steel rods, and the template can be properly vibrated or gently tapped.

Six, precautions

3, on-site use, it is strictly prohibited to add any admixtures, admixtures.

4. After the grouting begins, it must be carried out continuously and at a constant speed without interruption. And as short as possible grouting time.

5, the amount of water added should be strictly controlled, such as beyond the range will affect the material properties.
